Tiffany + David - Engagement photo session at A&M Campus and Messina Hof in College Station, TX

David and Tiffany met while enjoying mint juleps and watching the horse races at the 139th running of the Kentucky Derby!  They had a large group of friends in common and began a long-distance relationship between New York City and Washington, DC.  They moved together to Houston for new jobs and after about six months living in Texas, David proposed on Tiffany's birthday. They were in San Antonio on a quiet part of the Riverwalk and the proposal was absolutely perfect.  The couple is to be married in October at Holy Rosary Parish with a reception to follow in Union Station at Minute Maid Park.

Since neither David or Tiffany are from Houston, they struggled a bit to choose locations for their engagement shoot that would be meaningful to them.  With the help of their superb photographer, they decided to utilize some of the unique spots in College Station and wrap up at Messina Hof Winery where the two had spent a lovely date before.  The weather on the day of the shoot was gorgeous and the spots chosen were a perfect balance of pretty scenery for wider shots and great lighting and privacy for more intimate shots. The couple certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves as there was plenty of laughter and at times uncontrollable kissing!

I really like the look of the hallway of the Administration building at A&M Campus.

I love the look and feel of this angle. It's very different and traditional at the same time.

Messina Hof Winery in College Station is an awesome place for engagement photos.
